Just to let you know a little about myself: I have lived in or around Chicago almost all my life. I went to high school on the north side of the city, and I went to college at University of Illinois at Chicago. After working at IBM as a consultant, and another employment with a startup company, I ventured into Real Estate. I first received my Illinois real estate agent's license 3 years ago, and I am a member of Chicago, Illinois, and National Association of Realtors.

A wise man once told me, "If you are going to sell ice-cream, then eat the ice-cream". This is absolutely true. I don't believe you can sell a product or service if you are not thoroughly familiar with it. I own a couple of properties in and around Chicago, including a successful business in Chicago. I may not know a lot of things, but one thing I know is Real Estate.
