Call Century 21 Grande for Class Schedules
CENTURY 21 Grande in cooperation with Century 21 Academy, The Chicago Association of REALTORS®, "REALTORS® Real Estate School" offers pre-license classes monthly.
These courses provide 45 hours of required real estate education. This includes all course material. The course prepares students to take the State of Illinois Real Estate Examination.
Graduates that receive their real estate licenses and work for Century 21 Grande, receive full tuition reimbursement on their first two sales.
Requirements for Real Estate Sales License in Illinois

Class size are small to insure all candidates complete the class with a thorough understanding of the material and are prepared for the State Exam.

The purchase of a home or other real property is the largest single investment most people will ever make. Everyone can benefit from the basic information offered in the course.
It is our purpose to prepare students to enter the real estate profession. The Illinois Real Estate License Examination requires a wide knowledge of real estate matters in order to achieve a passing score. Our materials and lectures are designed to impart this knowledge.
